What We Do

We use our “QuickScan” method for the diagnosis of your current processes, governance, and data. We analyse strengths and weaknesses, then define concrete recommendations for adaptation. The goal is to set your innovation framework up for real organic growth.
A “QuickScan” normally takes five working days on our side, sometimes a little more when required. A shorter version is also available. Our work is supported by templates developed through years of working with large companies.
Our QuickScan method step by step
- We analyse your business, with particular attention to the annual report, to understand the organisational structure and the business numbers.
- We interview management stakeholders online to understand their opinions, perceptions, and emotions. We take detailed notes while respecting privacy.
- We analyse process and procedure documentation, as well as the supporting information systems.
- We assess your current AI practices and future options.
- We work iteratively and, where useful, run a workshop to establish a common understanding.
- We summarise our factual findings and present clear, concrete recommendations.
